Dreamville Staffing is a Veteran-Owned Staffing Agency and Training Firm that assists companies with filling any open positions with quality employees. Our niche is providing Dependable and Well Qualified Staff in an effort to reduce turnovers. We are meticulous in our recruitment efforts and take the necessary time to find and place only the best talent in your company. Our company was originally founded back in 2011 in Fort Washington, MD. Our original focus was to assist transitioning military members find employment by helping them write their resumes, cover letters, create professional profiles on sites like LinkedIn and USAJOBS and even helping them apply for jobs if needed.
We currently provide government entities and various local businesses with a variety of professionals in a multitude of job classifications. Our niche is being able to provide organizations with whatever talent they need. Through the use of traditional and non–traditional recruitment methods, we are able to fill even the hardest to-fill positions, quickly and with top-notch talent.
Additionally, we offer a broad range of training classes, and some of our most sought-after offerings include managing change, interpersonal communication, public speaking, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, generational diversity, resume writing and interview preparation. All of our courses are customized to the particular needs of the client.
